Refund policy

At Dwelling Comforts, we want your experience of creating a home sanctuary to be completely seamless. We take great pride in the quality of our high-ticket collections and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

1. 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

  • Items must be in their original, unassembled condition and in the original packaging.

  • Due to the specialist nature of our high-ticket items (such as greenhouses and pergolas), items that have been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To maintain a clear record of your request, we handle all returns exclusively via email. Please contact us at dwellingcomfortshome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

3. Return Shipping & Restocking

  • Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Given the size and weight of our premium items, we recommend using a tracked, insured specialist courier.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item arrives with a defect:

  • Please inspect your delivery immediately. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged" or refuse the delivery.

  • Report any faults to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

We will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
