Delivery is 100% Free for all standard UK mainland addresses! The price you see on the screen is the final price you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. As soon as your luxury item is dispatched from our premium supplier network, we will send you an automated confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Dwelling Comforts delivers exclusively to addresses within the UK mainland to ensure the highest standard of service and fast delivery times.

 


 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to be completely happy. In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act, we offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item.

How do I return an item?

To qualify for a full refund, items must be completely unused, free from pet hair or odor, and packed securely inside their original packaging. Please email our team to request our return depot address. Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
